Been a pretty Blah! week.

It was change over day at Joann’s this Thursday, the day when the computer set up was changed. (apart from framing which desperately needs changing) As it expected it there were a few hiccups but on the whole the change went OK which is just well because for some reason, Joann’s is the place to shop at the moment.  Cannot believe how many people are in the store at the moment.  When I was leaving they had 5 of the 6 registers open (no6 was frozen) and the guest services, yet there was still a line half way up the store. The cutting table had a big line at it as well.  Still, not complaining, if its busy you are not noticing the time passing.

Wish it was as busy in framing. Apparently we are making targets but boy! its slow at the moment. Actually finished 2 frames before the due date today. Kristen thinks its because of the summer vacation  that things are slow. Hope so, as Nev  might be pulling her hair out with loneliness before the summers finished. (well, she might be pulling it out for other reasons ie computer program which messes up all the time)

Other notable thing to happen this week, Aunt Flo made an unexpected call.  Weird because I had made an appointment see the gynaecologist this week for the first week in September for my annual exam (which I hate!)  Actually, I had noticed a small sore lump in my armpit at the weekend, the fact my nipples were a bit tender and few stomach cramps which are precursor to visit by Aunt Flo in last few years but dismissed it because my last period was about 9 months ago, plus my hot flushes had dissipated in the last few months.  Now it looks like I am back to square one again. GRRR…..  Anyway, have made  ultrasound appointment just to make sure it nothing. My last ultrasound my uterine lining was still on the thick side but getting thinner, so hopefully that is true this time around.  Will see in September.
