6.00 Make coffee, take pill and go back to bed

7.30 Wake up from bad dream – crying (I was dreaming about my grandparents for some reason) Poke my head above blanket – cold- decide I can’t face the day yet.

8.30 Finally decide to get up – really have nothing to get up for. Feed the animals have breakfast and watch tv

9.00 PC  up date blogs and Facebook (of course)

11.35 Log off PC going to WW, followed by Gym. Must get dressed

12.15 -1.00pm WW, Put on weight again!

1.15 Gym  45 mins on treadmill

2.25 Lunch

2.55 PC as Alan has come in for his lunch.

4.00 log off PC

4.05-6.00 Vacuum downstairs, all carpets plus the kitchen floor. Unload/load dishwasher. Wash down counter tops. Sort out post. Clear Island. Clear junk from side tables and coffee table. Wash/rinse beer and wine bottles. Put out medications for week. Make bed. Feed pets. Put out rubbish make dinne.

6.00-6.15 on PC waiting for Gordon to get home

6.15 Gordon is home.   He zaps some wasp nests and then we have dinner

6.35 Watch TV  BBC news, MSNBC news , Mary Queen of shops and Frontline on KULR

9.00 -30 shower and then read

9.30-11.00 Watch TV – Recorded episode of  “Lie to Me” and then comedy central

11.00  Feed the cats, go to bed and read

11.30 Lights out.
